The fourth edition of Honda Adventure Roads begins in the Atlantic port of Agadir on May 10th, with 30 riders from 11 different nationalities stretching their riding skills on a once-in-a-lifetime, coast-to-coast African adventure through the Moroccan landscape, culminating nine days later in the Mediterranean town of Nador.
Once again, Honda Adventure Roads riders will be on board Honda’s flagship adventure machine, the CRF1100L Africa Twin, whose reputation for durability, balance and sheer toughness makes it the ideal partner to tackle this epic 2,800km challenge, especially when fitted with Metzeler Karoo 4 tyres and accessories both from Honda’s genuine accessory line-up and support from selected partners such as Endurisatan, Barkbusters and Alpinestars.
The Honda Adventure Roads tour will head east from Agadir toward the dunes of Erg Chebbi at Gara Medouar, passing through the Atlas Mountains and exhilarating Dades Canyon before winding its way north to journey’s end. In addition to the stunning terrain, studded with historic mountain passes and stretches of endurance-testing dunes, riders will experience Moroccan culture, staying in traditional bivouacs and enjoying Gnaoua music under star-filled Africa skies.
Completing the unique Honda Adventure Roads experience, all the participants will be joined by members of the Dakar Rally-winning HRC Monster Energy Honda Team, benefitting from their expert tuition to help them tackle everything Morocco has to offer.
